Complete PET Recycling Plant has two stages. One stage is waste PET bottle crushing, washing, dewatering line, the other stage is PET flakes granulation line. Some customers just need the first stage to turn wast PET bottle to clean PET flakes, while some other customers need the second stage to turn PET flakes to PET granules.

The first stage is to turn waste PET bottles to clean PET flakes through crushing, label removing, friction washing, floating washing, hot water washing, dewatering and drying. The line is suitable to treat the contaminants contained in the PET Bottles, which includes PE/PP labels, PVC labels, paper labels, HDPE cups, glue, mud, beverage leftover, oil, and scrap iron. The second stage is to turn PET flakes to PET granules through extrusion, granulation and strand pelletizing.
